05 Deposits & Payments

Good bet accepts deposits in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. All deposits are credited to your good bet account instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. Good bet does not charge any fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

  • The minimum deposit amount is displayed on the deposit page and may vary by payment method.
  • All payment methods used for deposits must be registered in your own name and must match your good bet account details.
  • Good bet does not accept deposits from third parties. Any deposit found to originate from a third-party payment method will be returned and the account may be suspended.
  • Deposits made in error cannot always be reversed. Contact support as quickly as possible if you believe a deposit was made in error.
  • Good bet reserves the right to request proof of payment method ownership at any time.

Note: If a deposit does not appear in your good bet account within 15 minutes of payment confirmation, contact our support team with your transaction reference number and we will investigate promptly.

06 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests at good bet are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit. Good bet does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts or payment methods not previously used for deposits on the account.

  • Withdrawals are subject to identity verification. Good bet may request KYC documents before processing any withdrawal.
  • Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method but good bet aims to process all verified withdrawal requests promptly.
  • Good bet reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending investigation if there is any suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or breach of these Terms.
  • Winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to the wagering requirements specified in the relevant bonus terms before they can be withdrawn.

If your withdrawal request is declined or delayed, good bet will notify you via your registered email address with an explanation. If you believe a withdrawal has been incorrectly declined, contact our support team to raise a dispute.

07 Bonuses & Promotions

Good bet offers bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be communicated at the time the bonus is offered. The following general bonus terms apply to all good bet promotions unless otherwise stated:

  • All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be met before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.

Bonus Abuse: Good bet actively monitors for bonus abuse. Accounts found to be systematically exploiting promotions will have bonuses removed and may be permanently suspended without prior warning.

08 Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available at good bet use independently audited Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. The published Return to Player (RTP) figures for each game are accurate and verified by third-party auditors.

  • Game outcomes are determined by certified RNG technology and cannot be influenced by good bet or any player.
  • In the event of a technical fault or disconnection during a game round, good bet will resolve the situation in accordance with the game provider's rules. Incomplete rounds may be cancelled and stakes returned.
  • Good bet reserves the right to void any bet or game round where a technical error has resulted in an incorrect outcome or payout.

  • Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches, or errors for financial gain.

10 Account Suspension & Closure

Good bet reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

  • Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
  • Suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other illegal conduct.
  • Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
  • Chargebacks or disputed transactions initiated by the player.
  • Abusive, threatening, or inappropriate behaviour directed at good bet staff or other players.
  • At the player's own request for self-exclusion or account closure.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, good bet reserves the right to withhold any balance remaining in the account pending investigation. If no breach is found, the balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method.

Players who wish to close their account voluntarily may do so by contacting good bet support. Voluntary account closures will be processed within 5 business days and any remaining balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method.

11 Responsible Gaming
